Put words here about Dave... began her accounting career in January
1970. He was admitted as a partner in our firm on May 1, 1997. As a partner, he is primarily in charge
of planning and supervising audit and review engagements in a wide array of industries including technology, healthcare, real
estate, mortgage banking, service, distribution and manufacturing. He also has extensive experience with enterprises financed
and funded by governmental agencies.

A native New Yorker, she received her Associate in Arts Degree
in Psychology by going to Brooklyn College at night and working full time for a bank during the day.
She had
the wonderful opportunity to live in Johannesburg, South Africa for 20 years where she worked for 10 years in the accounting
office of a retail jewelry store, and then 10 years in the Money Market division of a financial institution.
She
has been with Business Counseling Services since 1999 as an Administrative Assistant. She is usually the first person
to greet you on the phone or in person. Her various duties include preparing quarterly payroll reports as well as billing
and accounts receivable for several clients. She also orders supplies, does the filing/archiving and completes the assembly
of tax returns for Dave.

Beginning her Bookkeeping career in 1988, she was employed by a small
family business-franchise, which was eventually sold and became what is today known as Business Counseling Services, Inc.
Her responsibilities covering a variety of small business clients throughout her many years has earned her extensive
bookkeeping knowledge in several areas of Accounting. This has enabled her to add that personal professional touch to every
business. She prides herself in giving our clients her best professional work so that their business can be successful.

She has 10 years experience as a CPA and has been trained in all
areas of accounting including bookkeeping, tax preparation, and auditing.
She has been a part of BCSI for over a year and assists Dave in both Corporate and Personal tax return
preparation.

Put words here about Matthew... joined the firm in January
of 2000.
Amanda is responsible for the preparation of individual tax returns and all aspects of payroll. She
also has considerable experience with managing audits in a diverse group of industries.
